Introduction

RconMax is a tool to give Call Of Duty 4 (COD4) server administrators easy access via a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to the rcon commands which control their server affecting the gaming experience of visiting players.

Changes that you make to your COD4 server configuration using rcon tools like RconMax are made on-the-fly. These on-the-fly changes will remain in force even after you close RconMax however they will be lost when the server is restarted. To make changes permanent they must be made to the servers configuration files.

RconMax uses the PBUCON Console provided by PunkBuster to facilitate Live Chat Monitoring (LCM) and in-game Remote Administration (RA). For LCM and RA to work RconMax must remain connected to your game server and PBUCON Console must be running.
